Directors have the hardest job of anyone involved in the film industry. A director controls a film’s artistic and dramatic aspects in relation to the script that is to say he guides the actors and technical crew on what should be done in order to bring out what was envisioned for the film. Leadership, outgoing and ability to work under extreme pressure are some of the important skills a director must have, being that this career most involves working with people. A director should also be very knowledgeable in all aspects of film and that is why it is said actors/actresses make the best directors and this is also because having acting experience better equips directors to instruct actors during a film production.
